WHERE DO THE MEETINGS TAKE PLACE?
We meet all our clients at AKR Fitness, which is a gym located at 18 South College Street, Aberdeen, AB11 6JX
WHAT IF I HAVE SPECIAL DIETARY REQUIREMENTS?
No problem. We work with vegetarians, vegans, followers of the paleo diet, folks who work offshore, fussy eaters, people who don't like cooking, chocoholics and so on. If you have any allergies or intolerances then we'll make sure your plan doesn't include anything that doesn't agree with you! As long as you don't have certain medical conditions that prevent you working with us (like diabetes, eating disorders and some others), then we can create a plan for you that fits perfectly with your dietary needs.
WHAT IF I DON'T LIKE THE FOOD ON THE PLAN?
When we send you a lifestyle questionnaire there is a big section that explores the kind of food you like to eat, and the kind that you don't! This ensures that we only include foods, meals and recipes on your plan that you actually like eating.

We work with people of all different shapes, sizes, goals, experiences and abilities. We can help you with loads of goals. All of our team are degree qualified. We staff only a very limited number of superstar nutrition coaches. Why?
